PROPERTY RE-CLASSIFICATION APPEALS - FOR APPROVAL Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-12052, approve the property owners' appeal to re-classify properties, which have satisfied the requirements of occupancy status, and re-classify the properties to class three properties (owner occupied). Direct the County Assessor to re-classify the properties to class three (owner occupied), pursuant to A.R.S. §42-12003. Parcels: 215-11-160 302-11-008M 304-90-039C (C-06-16-530-7-00)
