108. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO PREVIOUSLY RECORDED QUIT CLAIM DEED Correct the action taken by the Board of Supervisors on December 20, 2006 under C4307001700 related only to the offer accepted on parcel 300-18-003A. With this action, the Board approves a Correcting Quit Claim Deed which will effectively cancel the Quit Claim Deed previously recorded on January 3, 2007 under recording number 2007-0010256. The grantees names will be corrected from Callie Lounie Evitt Norma Garrison to Callie Louine Evitt and Norma Garrison. (C-06-17-221-M-00)
