110. CIVIL PENALTY APPEALS – FOR DENIAL Pursuant to A.R.S §42-12052, deny the property owner’s appeal of a civil penalty assessment regarding property reclassification, which have not satisfied the requirements of occupancy status, and maintain property classification at class four property (non-primary residence). The class four properties classification (non-primary residence), remains in effect. The list of recommended parcels is attached and will be on file in the Clerk of the Board's Office and retained in accordance with ASLAPR approved retention schedule. (C-06-17-223-7-00)
