13. FUND TRANSFER FOR MARICOPA COUNTY TRAILS PROJECTS In order to continue to enhance the Maricopa County trail system, from the District 3 allocation of the Waste Management fund, approve a fund transfer in the amount of $185,000 from the Waste Management Fund (210) to the Parks Donations Fund (243) for the specific purpose of acquiring easements and developing trails in the Daisy Mountains, maintaining the Maricopa County Trail, and conducting special events, all of which is for the benefit of the unincorporated areas of Maricopa County. The Department may work with the Maricopa Trails and Parks Foundation to accomplish these goals. Also approve an increase in the FY 2017 revenue and expenditure appropriation for Parks and Recreation (D300) Parks Donations Fund (243) Daisy Mountain and Trails (WMD3) in the amount of $185,000 with offsetting adjustments in the Elimination (D980) Elimination Fund (900) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP).
