9. PETITIONS HEARING FOR THE FORMATION OF THE PROPOSED WHITE FENCE FARMS 1 IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3423 AND 48-3424, convene the scheduled public hearing regarding the petitions filed for the proposed White Fence Farms 1 Irrigation Water Delivery District, as they have been determined to be signed by a majority of the owners of the acreage within the proposed district. Any land owner within the proposed district may appear and object to the organization thereof, or to the proposed boundaries thereof, or to the inclusion of his land therein. The Board will hear and consider all comments in favor and against the organization of the district and decide whether to approve or reject the organization of the district with the boundaries proposed in the petition or with modified boundaries. If the Board decides to proceed with the organization of the district, the Clerk is directed to publish and post notice describing the boundaries and fix a date of May 2, 2017 in which written protest against the organization may be filed by owners of a majority of the acreage within the district. If no protest is filed, or if one is filed and found insufficient, an order establishing the district shall be entered and will include the appointment of the following three trustees of the district as set forth in the petition: Dan Utley Kathy Aleman John Burk Lots 1 through 54 of WHITE FENCE FARM 1 Subdivision, according to Book 133 of Maps, page 22, records of Maricopa County, Arizona; EXCEPT any portion of said Lots that has been Dedicated as Right of Way. TOGETHER WITH Lot 15 of BRISTOL SQUARE Subdivision, according to Book 400 of Maps, page 31, records of Maricopa County, Arizona; EXCEPT the South 134 feet thereof. (C-06-17-390-M-00)
