145. CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPOINTMENTS TO THE LEROY VISTA IWDD NO. 12 BOARD OF TRUSTEES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-410(A) and the letter received from Leroy Vista IWDD No. 12: 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 15, 2017; 2. Appoint Jane Boyd and Michelle Ulrich to the Board of Trustees. The appointed Trustees shall serve two year terms effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019, or until their successors are elected and qualified.
