CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CIRCLE G OCOTILLO IWDD NO. 47 Pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) and the letter received from the Circle G Ocotillo IWDD No. 47: 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 15, 2017; 2. Appoint Patricia Grantham and W. Reed Fenton who filed nomination papers to fill the expired terms. The appointed Trustees shall serve a two year terms effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified.
