66. RESIGNATION AND REAPPOINTMENT TO THE EMPLOYEE MERIT SYSTEM COMMISSION AND LAW ENFORCEMENT MERIT SYSTEM COMMISSION Accept the resignation of William E. Lally, representing Supervisorial District 1, to the Employee Merit System Commission and Law Enforcement Merit System commission, effective December 31, 2017. Approve the official appointment of David Hernandez, representing Supervisorial District 5, to the Employee Merit System Commission and to the Law Enforcement Merit System Commission.
