Pursuant to A.R.S. §40-283, set a public hearing for Wednesday, January 17, 2018, to solicit comments and consider the application by Litchfield Utilities (Litchfield Park Water & Sewer) Corp., for a public service franchise to provide sewer utilities services to the residents of Falcon View II and Falcon Ridge residing in Maricopa County.
