7. PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE - LITCHFIELD UTILITIES (LITCHFIELD PARK WATER & SEWER) CORP. Pursuant to A.R.S. §40-283, convene the scheduled public hearing, to solicit comments and consider the application by Liberty Utilities (Litchfield Park Water & Sewer) Corp, for a public service franchise to provide sewer utilities services to the residents of Falcon View II a 9.84 acre property which will contain approximately 22 residential lots between 126th Avenue and 127th Avenue south of Glendale Avenue to Maricopa County near the city limits of City of Glendale within Section 11 of Township 2 North, Range 1 West of the Gila and Salt River Meridian and Falcon Ridge a 55.3 acre property which will contain approximately 178 residential lots bound by Glendale Avenue on the north, Maryland Avenue on the south, 129th Avenue on the west and 127th Avenue to the east near the city limits of City of Glendale within Section 11 of Township 2 North, Range 1 West of the Gila and Salt River Meridian in Maricopa County, Arizona. The hearing will also consider whether the applicant is able to adequately maintain facilities in county rights-of-way. Upon Board approval, authorize the Chairman to sign the Franchise Resolution.
