DEANNEXATION FROM CITY OF MESA AND ANNEXATION TO TOWN OF GILBERT Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-471.02, schedule a public hearing for Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at the Board of Supervisors' Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson regarding ordinances filed to deannex an approximately 0.35 acre parcel located near the intersection of East Inverness Avenue and North Higley Road from the City of Mesa (Ordinance No. 5416) and annex to the Town of Gilbert (Ordinance No. 2640). DEANNEXATION FROM CITY OF MESA AND ANNEXATION TO TOWN OF GILBERT Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-471.02, convene the scheduled public hearing regarding ordinances filed to deannex an approximately 0.35 acre parcel located near the intersection of East Inverness Avenue and North Higley Road more particularly described at that portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 35 Township 1 North, Range 6 East of the Gila & Salt River Base & Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona from the City of Mesa (Ordinance No. 5416) and annex to the Town of Gilbert (Ordinance No. 2640). Upon determining that the statutory requirements have been satisfied and upon the holding of the public hearing, order that the territory be deannexed from the City of Mesa and that the same territory be annexed to the Town of Gilbert as specified in the two ordinances.
