CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR WINDSOR SQUARE IWDD NO. 27 Approve the Cancellation of Election and Appointment of Trustees pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) and the letter received from Windsor Square IWDD No. 27: 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 21, 2018; 2. Appoint Linda Pollack, Philip Sheinbein and Barry Oleksak to fill the expired terms. The appointed trustees shall serve two year terms effective January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified.
