79. SETTING OF HEARING FOR THE SUBMITTED PETITIONS TO FORM MAYFAIR MANOR IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-3423, set a hearing date to accept the petitions filed for the formation of the proposed Mayfair Manor Irrigation Water Delivery District as they have been determined to be signed by the majority of the owners of acreage within the proposed boundaries of the district. The hearing is set for Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. A balance remains on the impact statement bond in an amount sufficient to cover the petition publishing and posting, so no additional bond is required. The Board will order the Clerk of the Board to publish the petitions and the notice of hearing twice in a newspaper, the last not being less than 10 days before the hearing and post five (5) copies of the petitions and notice within the proposed district boundaries in conspicuous places. The proposed district legal description is as follows: Lots 1 through 52 of MAYFAIR MANOR, a Subdivision of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 2 North, Range 3 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian according to the Plat of Record in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, Recorded in Book 48 of Maps, Page 37.
