CIVIL PENALTY APPEAL FOR APPROVAL of parcel number 174-01-140 Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-12052, for property owner of parcel number 174-01-140 who satisfied the requirements of primary residence status in a timely manner: 1. Approve property owner appeal of a civil penalty assessment and waive the 2017 civil penalty. 2. Approve the related resolution associated with waiving the 2017 civil penalty pursuant to A.R.S. §42-12052. 3. Direct the Treasurer to make conforming correction to the property owner tax bill and send notification of the change in tax liability.
