PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE - LIBERTY UTILITIES (LITCHFIELD PARK WATER & SEWER) CORP. - RUSSELL RANCH SOUTH EXPANSION Pursuant to A.R.S. §40-283, convene the scheduled public hearing, to solicit comments and consider the application by Liberty Utilities (Litchfield Park Water & Sewer) Corp. , for a public service franchise to provide waste water utility services to the residents of Russell Ranch South, generally located between Perryville Road and 183rd Avenue north of Camelback Road and south of the existing Savannah subdivision residing in Maricopa County near the city limits of City of Litchfield Park. The hearing will also consider whether the applicant is able to adequately maintain facilities in county rights-of-way. Upon Board approval, authorize the Chairman to sign the Franchise Resolution.
