AMENDMENT TO CHECK ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM - 1ST QUARTER FINANCIAL REPORTS, FY 2019 This report supersedes the October 3, 2018 Check Enforcement Program 1st Quarter Financial Report, FY 2019, that was approved by the Board on November 7, 2018. Financials previously reported were incorrect. In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes, § 13-1811(f) County Bad Check Trust Fund, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office submits the attached financial report for the period of July through September 2018.
