BINGO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR SUN LAKES ROTARY CLUB Pursuant to A.R.S. § 5-404(I), receive the application filed by Sun Lakes Rotary Club for a Class C Bingo License to be used at 24218 South Oakwood Boulevard, Sun Lakes, Arizona 85248 and set a public hearing to be held on August 21, 2019 at 9:30 am. At the hearing, the Board of Supervisors will recommend approval or disapproval of the application and forward the original application endorsed with its approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
