97. CIVIL PENALTY APPEALS – FOR DENIAL Pursuant to A.R.S §42-12052, deny the property owners' appeal to re-classify properties , which have not satisfied the requirements of occupancy status, and maintain legal classification at class 4.1 (non-primary residence). Also, approve the waiver of the civil penalty assessed pursuant to A.R.S. 42-12052, if applicable due to timely response . List kept on file in the Clerk of the Board’s Office in accordance with LAPR retention guidelines. (C-06-20-196-7-00)
