PROPERTY RE-CLASSIFICATION APPEAL CASES - FOR DENIAL Pursuant to A.R.S §42-12052, deny the property owners' appeal to re-classify properties , which have not satisfied the requirements of occupancy status, and maintain legal classification at class 4.1 (non-primary residence).
