11. PRECINCT COMMITTEEMEN BALLOT DRAW Pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410, 16-464(B), authorize the Elections Department to hold a public meeting on 5/27/2020 to determine by drawing the ballot position order for those contests and precincts where the office of precinct committeemen has more candidates that filed a nomination petition as of April 6, 2020 or write-in nomination paper as of May 20, 2020 than there are positions to be filled for that precinct. The list of precincts and precinct committeemen candidates will be on file in the Clerk of the Board’s Office after the May 20, 2020, write-in nomination paper filing deadline and retained in accordance with ASLAPR approved retention schedule.
