SET HEARING FOR DEANNEXATION FROM CITY OF GLENDALE AND ANNEXATION TO CITY OF EL MIRAGE Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-471.02, schedule a public hearing for Wednesday, August 19, 2020, at the Board of Supervisors' Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson regarding ordinances filed to deannex 6.369 acres of territory located West of the Northwest corner of the interchange of Dysart Road and Northern Parkway from the City of Glendale (Ordinance No. 020-31) and annex same territory to the Town of El Mirage (Ordinance No. 020-06-03). 16. DEANNEXATION FROM CITY OF GLENDALE AND ANNEXATION TO CITY OF EL MIRAGE Pursuant to § A.R.S. 9-471.02, convene the scheduled public hearing regarding ordinances filed to deannex 6.369 acres of territory located West of the Northwest corner of the interchange of Dysart Road and Northern Parkway from the City of Glendale (Ordinance No. O20-31) and annex to the El Mirage (Ordinance No. O20-06-03 & Resolution No. R20-06-10). Upon determining that the statutory requirements have been satisfied and upon the holding of the public hearing, order that the territory be deannexed from the City of Glendale and that the same territory be annexed to the City of El Mirage as specified in the two ordinances.
