123. CARES ACT EXPENDITURE APPROVAL Approve the following uses of CARES Act funding consistent with the Board of Supervisors approved priorities. County Manager - Communications - Audio/Visual equipment replacement for BOS Conference Room and Auditorium estimated at $215,000 Enterprise Technology - IT Infrastructure supporting Emergency Management response systems estimated at $192,000 Facilities - Contact Tracers move and tenant improvements from 301 Administration building to Security building estimated at $266,000 Also approve an adjustment to the allocation of CARES Funds, transferring $24,000,000 from Ongoing Emergency Preparedness and Response to a new category Public Safety under the same umbrella of “Protecting our Residents”. During the fiscal years where CARES Act Corona Relief Funds are available to Maricopa County, consider department budget to actual performance in total where the department’s Stimulus Grant Fund (Fund 200) is over budget.
