61. PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE – LIBERTY UTILITIES CORP–THE LANDINGS Pursuant to A.R.S. §40-283, set a public hearing for Wednesday, April 21, 2021, to solicit comments and consider the application by Liberty Utilities Corp., for a public service franchise to provide sewer utilities services to the residents of: Terrawest Parcel (a portion of land being situated within the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 2 North, Range 2 West of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona); and Moseley Parcel (a portion of land being situated within the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 2 North, Range 2 West of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona). The hearing will also consider whether the applicant is able to adequately maintain facilities in county rights-of-way. (Supervisory District No. 4). (C-06-21-548-X-00)
