59. PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE – LIBERTY UTILITIES CORP–MARYLAND RIDGE ESTATES Pursuant to A.R.S. §40-283, set a public hearing for Wednesday, April 21, 2021, to solicit comments and consider the application by Liberty Utilities Corp., for a public service franchise to provide sewer utilities services to the residents of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 2 North, Range 1 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. The hearing will also consider whether the applicant is able to adequately maintain facilities in county rights-of-way. (Supervisory District No. 4). (C-06-21-549-X-00)
