15. PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE - LIBERTY UTILITIES CORP–ADAMAN Pursuant to A.R.S. §40-283, convene the scheduled public hearing, to solicit comments and consider the application by Liberty Utilities Corp., for a public service franchise to provide water utilities services to the residents of Parcel No. 501-61-018: the South Half (S 1.2) of the Southeast Qua rter (SE ¼), Section 18, Township 2 North, Range 1 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. The hearing will also consider whether the applicant is able to adequately maintain facilities in county rights-of-way. Upon Boa rd approval, authorize the Chairman to sign the Franchise Resolution.
