PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE – WANRACK, LLC Pursuant to A.R.S. §40-283, convene the scheduled public hearing, to solicit comments and consider the application by WANRack , LLC, for a public service franchise to provide fiber optic communications system services to the residents of Maricopa County.
