CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR ELECTRICAL DISTRICT NO. 7 Approve the Cancellation of Election and Appointment of Directors pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) and the letter received from Electrical District No. 7: 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on January 8, 2022; 2. Appoint Ronald Gass , Lomand Beals , and Matthew Woolf to fill the expired terms. The appointed Directors shall serve a three-year term commencing January 8, 2022 through January 7, 2025 OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office (Supervisorial Districts 4). (C-06-22-305-X-00)
