UNDERGROUND CONVERSION SERVICE AREA EXETER BOULEVARD 64TH ST – 66TH ST CONVERSION DISTRICT Acknowledge receipt of Verified Statement of Costs for the Exeter Boulevard 64th St – 66th St Underground Conversion Service Area and, pursuant to A.R.S. §40-350(A), statements of the underground conversion costs shall be mailed to the property owners setting a payment period of fifteen (15) years at an interest rate of 8% per annum on any unpaid amount.
