IMPACT STATEMENT HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED RANCHO VENTURA #1 IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-261 and § 48-263, convene the scheduled public hearing on the impact statement for the proposed Rancho Ventura #1 Irrigation Water Delivery District.
