115. SETTING OF HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED FILLMORE PLACE IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT IMPACT STATEMENT 1. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-261 and § 48-263, set a hearing date to receive the impact statement for the proposed Fillmore Place Irrigation Water Delivery District. The hearing d ate is set for Monday, July 25, 2022 at 9:30 a.m., 205 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, AZ 85003. 2. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-261(C), approve a bond in the amount of $250 to be filed with the Board by the persons proposing the district to cover cost incurred by the County. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall post a notice of the hearing in at least three conspicuous public places in the area of the proposed district and shall publish a notice twice in a daily newspaper at least ten days before the hearing. A notice of hearing will be sent to each property owner within the proposed district boundaries. At the hearing on July 25, 2022, the Board will hear those who appear for and against the proposed district and shall determine whether the district will prom ote public health, comfort, convenience, necessity, or welfare. If the Board of Supervisors determines that the public health, comfort, convenience, necessity, or welfare will be promoted, it shall approve the impact statement and authorize the persons pro posing the district to circulate petitions within the following proposed boundaries of the district: Lots 19 through 26, of ELLSWORTH HEIGHTS, a Subdivision of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 1 North, Range 5 East, of the Gila and Salt Rive r Base and Meridian according to the Plat of Record in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, Recorded in Book 89 of Maps, Page 22; TOGETHER WITH Lots 1 through 13, Lots 31 through 61, and Lot 87 of FILLMORE PLACE, a Subdivision of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 1 North, Range 5 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian according to the Plat of Record in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, Recorded in Book 101 of Maps, Page 22; also together with that part of Abandoned alley as described per Maricopa County Recording document 2007-0957267; TOGETHER WITH Lots 50 through 94, of ELLSWORTH HEIGHTS TWO, a Subdivision of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 1 North, Range 5 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian according to the Plat of Record in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, Recorded in Book 102 of Maps, Page 31.
