Pursuant to A.R.S. §40-283, set a public hearing for Wednesday, November 17, 2021, to solicit comments and consider the application by Sunrise Water Co., for a public service franchise to provide a domestic water distribution system to the residents of Peoria in the general area of W Happy Valley Road and W Deer Valley Road between N Lake Pleasant Parkway and N 67th Avenue residing in Maricopa County.
