PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE – LIBERTY UTILITIES (LITCHFIELD PARK WATER & SEWER) CORP – FALCON Pursuant to A.R.S. §40-283, set a public hearing for Wednesday, November 17, 2021, to solicit comments and consider the application by Liberty Utilities (Litchfield Park Water & Sewer) Corp., for a public service franchise to provide a domestic water distribution system and a sewage system to the residents located at approximately Camelback Road and 152nd Avenue, with Luke Air Force Base to the north, Camelback Road to the south, and the Arizona Motorsports Park to the west residing in Maricopa County.
