91. SETTING OF HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED MEDLOCK PLACE IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT IMPACT STATEMENT 1. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-261 and § 48-263, set a hearing date to receive the impact statement for the proposed Medlock Place Irrigation Water Delivery District. The hearing date is set for Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 9:30 a.m., 205 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, AZ 85003. 2. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-261(C), approve a bond in the amount of $250 to be filed with the Board by the persons proposing the district to cover cost incurred by the County. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall post a notice of the hearing in at least three conspicuous public places in the area of the proposed district and shall publish a notice twice in a daily newspaper at least ten days before the hearing. A notice of hearing will be sent to each property owner within the proposed district boundaries. At the hearing on September 14, 2022, the Board will hear those who appear for and against the proposed district and shall determine whether the district will promote public health, comfort, convenience, necessity, or welfare.
