APPOINTMENT FOR LEGISLATIVE STATE REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT 26 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1202, receive the names of the three qualified electors as candidates to fill the vacancy for the Legislative District 26 State House Representative seat as submitted by the Legislative District 26 Precinct Committeemen and appoint one of the candidates from the list to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of State House Representative Flavio Bravo.
