22. RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF PUBLIC FIDUCIARY Accept the resignation of Josephine Jones, Maricopa County Public Fiduciary, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 14-5601A and the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration sec. 7-202E(3)(c), approve by Resolution, the appointment of Heidi Ernst as the Public Fiduciary effective September 9, 2023. Approval of this agenda item also appoints Heidi Ernst to the position of Director of the Office of the Public Fiduciary. Ms. Ernst has successfully completed all licensing requirements and is thereby the designated Principal for the Office. (C-06-24-104-X-00)
