APPOINTMENT TO THE GREATER PHOENIX RYAN WHITE HIV SERVICES PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the appointment of John Gomez to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council as the Alternate for the Board of Supervisors’ Designee. John Gomez is Supervisor Gallardo's delegate. The term of service will be effective as of Board approval through February 29, 2024, which represents the end of the term of Supervisor Steve Gallardo.
