BINGO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR SMILING OUT LOUD (SOUL) Pursuant to A.R.S. § 5-404(I), receive the application filed by Smiling Out Loud (SOuL) for a Class B Bingo License to be used at 22155 North Mission Drive, Sun City West, Arizona, 85375. and set a public hearing to be held on January 10, 2024, at 9:30 am. At the hearing, the Board of Supervisors will recommend approval or disapproval of the application and forward the original application endorsed with its approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
