18. RESIGNATION FROM AND APPOINTMENT TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Accept the resignation of Jay Swart from the Planning and Zoning Commission, representing Supervisorial District 2. The resignation is effective as of September 12, 2024. Approve the appointment of Linda Milhaven to the Planning and Zoning Commission, representing Supervisorial District 2. The term of service will be effective as of Board approval through December 31, 2026, completing the term of resigning member Jay Swart. (C-06-25-115-X-00)
