RESIGNATION FROM AND APPOINTMENT TO THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS Accept the resignation of Andrew Cohn from the Industrial Development Authority Board of Directors, representing Supervisorial District 2. The resignation is effective as of September 18, 2024. Approve the appointment of Jeff Schwartz to the Industrial Development Authority Board of Directors, representing Supervisorial District 2. The term of service will be effective as of Board approval through December 17, 2025, completing the term of resigning member Andrew Cohn. (C-06-25-125-X-00)
