18. IGA WITH CITY OF LITCHFIELD PARK Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County and City of Litchfield Park for construction of a new library in the City of Litchfield Park. Community Solutions Funds in the amount not-to-exceed $5,000,000 will be used to pay for a portion of the cost of constructing a new library. This agreement shall become effective as of the date it is fully executed and shall expire 90 days following the completion of construction of the project. (C-06-25-148-X-00)
