136. SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MARICOPA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND THE MARICOPA COUNTY RECORDER Approve the Shared Services Agreement between the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the Maricopa County Recorder. The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the mutual understanding of the Board and the Recorder for the management of election-related activities in Maricopa County. The Agreement shall supersede and replace all prior agreements and understandings between the Parties. The agreement will be effective December 10, 2024.
