SETTING OF HEARING FOR THE SUBMITTED PETITIONS TO FORM LAS PALMARITAS IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT Pursuant to A.R.S. 48-3428, consider the petition for the formation of the Las Palmaritas Irrigation and Water Delivery District and if the petition is accepted, set a hearing to consider formation of the proposed district for Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 9:30 am. The Board will order the Clerk of the Board to publish the petitions and the notice of hearing twice in a newspaper, the last not being less than 10 days before the hearing and post five (5) copies of the petitions and notice within the proposed district boundaries in conspicuous places within the proposed district boundaries described as: Lots 1 through 5, Lots 7 through 12, Lots 14 through 19, and Lots 22 through 31, of LAS POMARITAS, a Subdivision of LOT 3 of Section 31, Township 3 North, Range 3 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian according to the Plat of Record in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, Recorded in Book 43 of Maps, Page 25; Excepting therefrom the West 13 Feet of said Lot 14.
