21. BINGO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR SUN CITY WEST PROPERTY OWNERS AND RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION (PORA) (Supervisorial District: 4) Pursuant to A.R.S. § 5-404(I), convene the scheduled public hearing regarding the application filed by Sun City West Property Owners and Residents Association (PORA) for a Class B Bingo License to be used at 19801 North R H Johnson Boulevard, Sun City West, Arizona 85375. The Board of Supervisors will recommend approval or disapproval of the application and forward the original application endorsed with its approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
