13. CHANGE OF LOCATION BINGO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES #4534 (Supervisorial District: 4) Pursuant to A.R.S. § 5-404(I), convene the scheduled public hearing regarding the application filed by Fraternal Order of Eagles #4534 for a Class B Change of Location Bingo License to be used at 10050 West Bell Road, #49, Sun City, Arizona 85351. The Board of Supervisors will recommend approval or disapproval of the application and forward the original application endorsed with its approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
