24. CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENTS Approve the Cancellation of Election and Appointment of Directors and Trustees pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) and the letter(s) received from the following: a. Evergreen IWDD No. 78 (Supervisorial District 2) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 18, 2026. 2. Appoint Tom Lavell, Peter Vargas, and Jeremy Bohr to fill the expired terms. The appointed Trustees shall serve a two-year term effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. b. Lamar IWDD No. 30 (Supervisorial District 2) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 18, 2026. 2. Appoint Tim Humphrey and Wayne Connelley to fill the expired terms. The appointed Trustees shall serve a two-year term effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. c. Mayfair Manor IWDD No. 64 (Supervisorial District 3) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 18, 2026. 2. Appoint David Sanderson, Michelle Ray, and Scott Mitchem to fill the expired terms. The appointed Trustees shall serve a two-year term effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. d. Orange Valley Estates IWDD No. 67 (Supervisorial District 2) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 18, 2026. 2. Appoint Erin Campbell, Tanya Speltz, and Hal Green to fill the expired terms. The appointed Trustees shall serve a two-year term effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. e. Electrical District No. 8 (Supervisorial District 5) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on January 9, 2027. 2. Appoint Brian Turner, Division 3; Wade Accomazzo, Division 6; Allan Van Hofwegen, Division 8; Gerald Rovey, Division 9; and Brett Allen Rovey, Division 11 to fill the expired terms. The appointed Directors shall serve a three-year term effective January 9, 2027, through January 8, 2030, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. f. Electrical District No. 6 (Supervisorial Districts 1 & 2) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on January 9, 2027. 2. Appoint Mike Gantzel and John Nevitt to fill the expired terms. The appointed Directors shall serve a three-year term effective January 9, 2027, through January 8, 2030, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. g. Electrical District No. 7 (Supervisorial District 4) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on January 9, 2027. 2. Appoint David Justice and R. T. Selwyn Justice to fill the expired terms. The appointed Directors shall serve a three-year term effective January 9, 2027, through January 8, 2030, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. h. Rose Lane IWDD No. 28 (Supervisorial District 3) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 18, 2026. 2. Appoint Rob Kroehler, Matt Wszalek, and Kimberly Page to fill the expired terms. The appointed Trustees shall serve a two-year term effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. i. Madison Groves IWDD No. 63 (Supervisorial District 3) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 18, 2026. 2. Appoint Mac Rush, Jennie Reiling, and Jason Bruso to fill the expired terms. The appointed Trustees shall serve a two-year term effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified.
