20. CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENTS Approve the Cancellation of Election and Appointment of Directors and Trustees pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) and the letter(s) received from the following: a. Nancy Kay IWDD No. 77 (Supervisorial District 3) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 18, 2026. 2. Appoint Dee Mitten, Anna Cauley, and Brian Cauley to fill the expired terms. The appointed Trustees shall serve a two-year term effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. b. Long Manor IWDD No. 52 (Supervisorial District 3) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 18, 2026. 2. Appoint Beverly Cassata, Dana Barkley, and Shauna Barkley to fill the expired terms. The appointed Trustees shall serve a two-year term effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. c. Beverly Park IWDD No. 94 (Supervisorial District 2) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 18, 2026. 2. Appoint Timothy Borg, May Childress, and Maggie Culliton to fill the expired terms. The appointed Trustees shall serve a two-year term effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified. A person who is appointed pursuant to A.R.S. §16-410(A) is fully vested with the powers and duties of the office as if elected to that office. d. Adaman IWDD No. 36 (Supervisorial District 4) 1. Cancel the election scheduled to be held on November 18, 2026. 2. Appoint Henry Conklin to fill the expired term. The appointed Trustees shall serve a two-year term effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, OR until his/her successor is elected and qualified.
