47. EARLY TERMINATION OF LEASE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Agreement for Early Termination of Lease at 1022 East Garfield Street, Phoenix, AZ between Arizona Department of Administration and Maricopa County effective August 31, 2023. Adult Probation will be moving into County owned space. Supervisory Dis trict- 5 Adult Probation leased this space from the Arizona Department of Administration for a nominal fee of one (1) dollar per year. The multi-use site included probation services, GED/literacy education, job training, housing to probationers and counse ling services to probationers and local residents in need. Adult Probation will be moving these services into County owned space. (C-11-04-001-4-03)
