19. EXCEPTION TO TECHNOLOGY FINANCE PROGRAM FOR PURCHASE OF ADULT PROBATION DESKTOP COMPUTER Approve an exception to the Technology Finance Program (TFP) to allow the Adult Probation Department to purchase one desktop computer through a one-time expenditure of funds in the Adult Probation grant fund (211). The total cost is estimated not-to-exceed $1,100. Adult Probation receives the Access to Recovery grant through the Arizona Governor's office. Recently, due to an increase in workload, this grantor approved an additional position to function as a case manager and a desktop computer for this position to be funded by this grant.
