17. TRADE IN OF GUNS TO PROFORCE LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR CREDIT ON GUN PURCHASE Pursuant to the Maricopa County Procurement Code, MC1-803, D.3., approve the trade-in of 241 Glock guns per the attached list to Proforce Law Enforcement, the authorized Judicial Branch Glock vendor in Arizona. Trade-in permission is being requested so that Adult Probation can upgrade to Gen 4 Glocks within the recommended ten (10) year replacement cycle. The trade-in credit is estimated to be $74,500.73. Also attached is a letter from Proforce verifying that they only sell law enforcement trade-ins to Federal Firearms Licensed Dealers. (C-11-14-001-M-00)
