At the current caseload ratios, which are based on evidence based practices, this department has been showing remarkable MfR results in areas such as successful completions from probation/pretrial supervision and sentencings for new felony offenses. These successes have a positive influence on community safety, as well as reduced present and future court and jail costs. There has been steady growth in probationer and defendant numbers in several high risk programs over the last several years. There has also been steady growth in programs having direct impact on jail costs. None of these growth areas show signs of subsiding. (C-11-15-004-M-00)
